The works of the new river park made in 2010 brought to light a carved ashlar terrace that supported a very old path. This road has become a place of continuous commercial transit since the 18th century.
Hundreds of horses circulated through it daily, coming and going exchanging raw materials and manufactured products with the large industrial center of Alcoi, from which La Vila was its commercial port until the end of the 19th century.
